What God Has Been Teaching Me…

In my journey through Psalm I am seeing some really exciting things…here are some of the things I have been learning

Psalm 37:5-6, When I commit to the Lord AND trust in Him…great things happen.

Psalm 37:21, Righteous people are generous!

Psalm 37:25-26, These verse ROCKED ME to the core!  The man who is generous…his children do NOT beg for bread and they actually become a blessing.  Generosity is greatly rewarded!  It is those who are selfish who see their kids suffer.  I want Charisse to be blessed–this calls for me to be generous as a dad!  God will not forsake those who are generous!

Psalm 39:4-5, My days are numbered…I don’t have time to play games–I want to make the biggest impact for Jesus that I can while I am on this planet!

Psalm 40:3, God does NEW things…I don’t ever want to get into a rut!

Psalm 65:9-12, EVERY good thing in my life is the result of knowing Jesus!

Psalm 77:20 and Psalm 78:70-72, LEADERSHIP MATTERS!

Psalm 78:5-8, It is MY job to disciple my daughter!  I will not abdicate this responsibility to ANYONE else–she is the primary person on the planet that I am called to disciple!  If I neglect this privilege that God has given me then I am a failure as a parent.

Those are just a few things I have been seeing lately.
